ABOUT US

We are a team of five students from Deakin University, who are completing the subject ‘Community Science Project’, which is a core unit in all our degrees. We were each given the opportunity to choose between several projects, but ultimately all chose the Integrative Ecology project, lead by Dr Peta White.

Geoffrey Smith-Bachelor of science, Majoring in Environmental Science

'I chose this project for it's opportunity to bring real life science into the classroom and hopefully to take my passion for learning and teaching about animals and the environment and develop this same passion in students'
